My name is Lynda DeLoach, and I teach English I and II. This is my ninth year at MHS, but it is my forty-second (whew!) year of teaching. I have taught at all levels from grade 6 through college freshman and in several districts: Houston ISD; Conroe ISD; Long Beach USD in CA; and the Dept. of Defense school system in Germany.
I graduated in the first class from Houston Baptist University with a BA in English and speech and my teaching credential. I earned my Masters of Education from Wayne State University and my Administrative Credential from California State at Dominguez Hills.
I appreciate the Montgomery School District both as an employee and as a parent. My son graduated from MHS in 2006. MISD is a great District, and I hope you will be as pleased with your student's education here as I am with my son's.
Beginning a new school year is always exciting; I look forward to getting to know and work with your child. I hope he/she will have a good learning experience in my class.
