English II is the continuation of World Literature. This year we will focus on writing with voice using literary devices, correct grammar usage, and vocabulary study. Literature will be approached thematically studying novels, poetry, essays, and short stories.

English III is the year long study of American Literature beginning with Puritans. This year we will focus on both personal writing with an emphasis on voice using literary devices, correct grammar usage, and advanced vocabulary as well as research writing.
