Hi! My name is Tess Bollinger, and I teach Business Computer Information Systems, TECHS (Technology Education Careers for High Schools) and PLATO here at Montgomery High School.
I graduated from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas in 1987 with a BS in Secondary Education.
I have 20 years teaching experience and this is my fourth year at Montgomery High School. I have also taught in Tomball ISD, Bryan ISD, Brownsville ISD and spent 8 years at Utah State University and 1 year at Southwest Texas State University.
BCIS is a comprehensive course covering Microsoft Office 2007 Professional. Software covered includes Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher, and Access. We also build a simple web page in Dreamweaver.
Technology Education Careers for High Schools or TECHS class is a Senior level class. We currently use Sony Vegas to edit and produce the video announcements every Friday.
I am excited for the 2008-2009 school year and look forward making a difference in the life of your child.
